This Privacy Policy explains how Straight Estimate ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit straightestimate.com, use our demo estimator, or contact us.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business email, company name, business type, the message you send through our contact form, and the name of any agency that referred you.
- Information you enter into the demo estimator: such as ZIP code, details about a home and its heating and cooling system, and contact details if you choose to provide them.
- Technical information: browser type, pages visited, referring page and campaign parameters, and an anonymized (hashed) form of your IP address used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and arrange calls, to provide and support our services, to operate and improve the website and demo estimator, to prevent abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, database, email, payment processing and language-processing providers that power the estimator. They may process information only on our instructions. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Estimators installed on contractors' websites
When our estimator runs on a contractor's website, that contractor decides how homeowner information is used, and we process it on the contractor's behalf. Questions about that information should go to the contractor first.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing saleem@straightestimate.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only cookies and similar storage needed for the site to work and to understand basic usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
International transfers
We are based in Israel and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. We take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
